We should focus only ourself on inspecting our weakness. This is a way of succes,growth. What is going on let it go. What people are saying about you. Let it be said. You consider it a illuson of life. If you detached your self from this illuson (World). This will not affect you and destination. You go and go alone. Great men go alone. They are not inspired others. They are inspired internally. You learn to know your self . If you are able to know yourself then you will be part of GOD. You will not blame to others for your failure and for success will never take credit yourself. Take benefit of every second and opportunity because your path is very long and have very less time. You have power you have strength concentrate only on your GOAL. sooner your GOAL will be at your feet. Have faith yourself not as human being but above it. God will never rample you here& there.

REAL HAPPYNESS WILL TOUCH YOUR FEET IF YOUR REALISE YOUR DUTY RATHER THAN RIGHT.       THERE ARE MANY UPS & DOWN IN CYCLE OF LIFE BUT BE ALWAYS CHEERFUL.       DO NOT ADAMENT BY CRITICISN FROM OTHERS.           CRITICISN IS THE NATURAL SOAP TO CLEAN YOURSELF,YOUR SOUL.          FOLLOW ABOVE RULES .

HOW TO KEEP OUR BODY HEALTHY


Health body habit: - For good health we should strictly follow the following rules.

1. Books available on GOOD HEALTH, during ancient times, SPEAK best time to get up from sleep is Brahma Muhurta. Brahma Muhurta is before two hours of Sunrise. To lead from front of every step, start your day in Brahma Muhurta. Before leaving bed praying to god see your palms because fore fathers had written that everything I mean Lakshmi ( Goddess of Wealth) Sarswasti (Goddess of Knowledge) and Govinda ( God) are in your hand so first of all see your hand praying to Param pita parmatama. After this sit closing your eyes think yesterday activities and plan for the day.

2. Good Health depends upon good eating habits. Eating habits means what is the combination of your meals, time interval between two time meals, cleanliness. Have fresh food and should not be to hot or too cold and easy to digest. Take food when you feel hungry and as much you can digest. Our stomach is home kund and Agni is also available there (Jathraagni) which helps to digest foods before eating pray to god and offer what is available in your THALI. Please eat in medium speed and chew thoroughly. No chatting and watching TV while eating.

3. Enough rest is must for body. Deep sleep is very necessary for body. Vivekanand has advised six hours sleep for a healthy man. There should be at least two hours gap between meal and sleep. Sun plays an important role in digestion we should have our meal before sunset. Before going to bed we should enjoy by music, spiritual books etc. Sleeping head towards east or west is good for health.

4. To remain always fit mentally and physical do exercise or Yoga at least 20 to 30 Minutes. Suya Namaskar is the best exercise for body as it gives movement to every parts of the body. It also helps to increase height.

5. We have a very good digestive system which helps to keep us fit but still some toxins deposits in our body. These toxins need to go out from our body otherwise may results some disease. To keep ourself physical fit these toxins required to be eliminated regularly from our body. For this keep fast(VRAT). Our religion permits fasting and it is best way to eliminate toxins from the body. Only Hindu religion have most fasting days related to festivals. Most of the energy is used in digestion of meal . When we keep fast, energy which is being used for digestion will divert to clean toxins from the body. Fast will also realize you how live without food.
